Invisible Children is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting communities from violent conflicts in central Africa. The organization is best known for mobilizing millions of youth to participate in awareness and advocacy events during 2008-2014.

Job Description

Developed and managed Invisible Children’s marketing and communication strategy for 8 years. Reported to the Executive Director. Responsible for managing a team of 8+ writers, designers, and social media strategists that grew Invisible Children's social following by 600% in 2 years. Actively managed communication with 6 million+ contacts. Strategized and executed multiple campaigns that brought $1M+ in revenue. Specifically, the Kony 2012 campaign garnered 100 million views in 6 days and raised $32 Million.
